Kaseya Patch Management Software provides automatic discovery of all missing patches and updates. As an administrator you’ll have the ability to automate the entire patch scan process including scheduling when each machine is scanned and what patches and or updates have been approved for installation. The scan results for each computer is stored for later use on the Kaseya server. From the Web user interface, you can view the complete patch history for each machine including missing patches and patches that have been successfully applied.
You can easily automate the deployment and installation of patches and updates on a predefined and recurring schedule without any administrator intervention what so ever. Once the initial scans are completed you can quickly review the results for each machine and decide if, when and how each missing patch or update will be applied.

- they are about 5 years in front of anyone else and what they offer. It extends GPO possibility to remote users and creates a central dashboard for all your clients. Imagine deploying an app or shortcut to users, in a moment's notice. We deployed the Outlook TMZ fix to 450 users in 3 minutes!

- By far the best of the best. Don't waste your time thinking about the others. The web site makes the product look like it's going to cost an arm and a leg. It'll does the work of many technicians and you don't have to give it vacations.

- Kaseya is an awesome peice of software for sys admins and IT teams. The new hosted version from www.SecureMyCompany.com is especially inexpensive at less than $10/seat - no minimum purchase.

Remote system management

- I have used Kaseya at a previous employer and based on great results recommended that my current employer purchase it. I have been able to save much time on patch management, software deployments, and remote access for workstations. I would prefer they use UltraVNC instead for RealVNC but that is minor.

No comparison

- We rolled out to 100 off-site systems as a test and due to the success of the test have since expanded the program dramatically. We tried to find other products to compare Kaseya to but couldn't find any that offered all of the integrated components and clean interface.

Well works for IT Admins

- I have bean testing of different products like Dameware,RAdmin,PCAnywhere,VNC Viewer out of them I found Kaseya is a very good product where we can have ticketing system,Asset Management, Patch management, Application deployment.

Cumbersome, agent is heavy

- I found the software easy to deploy in a network if I'm actually doing it onsite, remote deployment is horrific. Patch management out of the box is very cumbersome to set up originally. The agent is very heavy, including tying up resources during scan and especially during idle (up to 9mb used in taskman).

Wonderful support tool

- Kaseya is brilliant. It was able to remote support computer across different domain, networks, behind firewalls, NATs, etc. The support tools included patch management, remote control, software deploment, reporting, Inventroy software/hardware, etc.
Much easier and more felixable than SMS.

More than Patch Management

- Easily outstrips M$ own patch management SUS - completly automates the whole process! Used it across 12 different networks and all our remote users over the internet - can't beleive how simple it was.
Also solved heaps of other stuff for us as well with all the scripting and reporting etc, money well spent!
