Your Opinion Wanted: Offline Help for Windows Server Products

by [Published on 27 March 2010 / Last Updated on 27 March 2010]

Do you, as an IT professional/systems administrator, have servers in your environment that have limited or no Internet connectivity?  These might be high security machines, test bed environments, or any other situations where the servers don’t have access to the Internet.

Do you want and need local (offline) Help content to be installed on those systems? If all Help content were moved to the Cloud, would that cause a problem for you when you need to troubleshoot problems that occur with those offline systems? Microsoft wants to hear from you!

Please click the link below to take a short survey on this topic. This information will help Microsoft understand whether they should move on-box Help off the box and put it all in the cloud or not.
